Mario Barbachan, CEO
Mr. Barbachan founded Barbachan Enterprises, LLC to provide technological integration services to clients looking to move their business to the next level. Barbachan Enterprises, LLC specializes in using the latest technologies to advance clients' capabilities and to help their businesses run more efficiently. Previously Mr. Barbachan also co-founded Imperial Systems, Inc. with John Iacovacci, serving on that company's Board of Directors, serving initially as its CTO, and later as its CEO until the merger of the two companies. A Red Hat Linux Certified Engineer, he led development efforts employing Linux-based solutions and is responsible for the company's product recommendations and solutions strategies in the wireless and cloud computing space. Mr. Barbachan was also previously the chief technology strategist for AM Business, where he worked for six years. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Fordham University and a law degree from Hofstra Law School. Recently, Mr. Barbachan has been leading the company's efforts in developing cryptocurrency and block chain products that will help the company's clients expand their businesses into the next great technological frontier.
John Iacovacci, CTO
Along with Mr. Barbachan, John Iacovacci was the co-founder of Imperial Systems, Inc. Imperial Systems was merged into Barbachan Enterprises, LLC and many of its technologies continue to be developed by the company. Mr. Iacovacci is an expert in interoperable software applications, transportation logistics and wireless device integration. He leads the company's operations and services, customer satisfaction efforts, strategy and business development and also serves on the Board of Directors. Currently an Adjunct Professor in Computer Science at Fordham University, Mr. Iacovacci brings to the table decades of experience in business leadership and hands-on technology roles. Prior to Barbachan Enterprises and Imperial Systems, he was for eight years the CEO of AM Business Consultants, which he also founded. His management experience includes lead roles at public service agencies and companies as diverse as the Bronx District Attorney's office and audio-visual giant BASF. Mr. Iacovacci holds a BS in Computer Science from St. John's University and an MBA from Iona College.
Mika Nagashima, Vice President of Marketing
Mika Nagashima is the Vice President of Marketing for Barbachan Enterprises, LLC. Prior to this, Mrs. Nagashima has worked for several financial and international currency trading firms, where she gain a very good insight on marketing in the modern age and in the international transaction of currencies. Ms. Nagashima specialized in online marketing and has a natural eye for technology and how it can be used to help our client's businesses. Furthermore, her insights and experience in the currency trading world had provided our company with a deep well of knowledge, as we work on developing and expanding our cryptocurrency and block chain products. Along with obtaining an MBA in marketing, Ms. Nagashima also earned a degree in environmental economics. While mainly focused on cryptocurrency and block chain products, Ms. Nagashima is also exploring and researching methods to minimize the environmental impact of cryptocurrency and block chain technology as this may well become key to the mass adoption of this new technology.
Jeanette Baik, Vice President of Digital Marketing
Jeanette Baik is the Vice President of Digital Marketing for Barbachan Enterprises, LLC. Prior to this, Ms. Baik has worked for several media and research firms, where she gain a very good insight on technology and marketing in the modern age. Ms. Baik specializes in digital marketing, researching technology, and has a talent for spotting how to integrate technology with our client's businesses. Furthermore, her research skills have provided our company with a deep well of knowledge, as we work on developing and expanding our products, including those involved with cryptocurrency and block chain. Ms. Baik is also exploring and researching methods to facilitate the use of cryptocurrency and block chain technology, as she sees this as the key to the mass adoption of this new technology.
Daniel DeVito, Chairman
Mr. DeVito is a partner and intellectual property specialist in the Manhattan office of the international law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. During his distinguished career, his clients have included Novell, WordPerfect, Computer Associates, Compaq and Western Digital. Mr. DeVito earned his J.D. from St. John's University and also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College.
